Shipping Info: Will use tracked shipping for vinyl only.
Compact disc(s) are sent with regular mail.

Orders are shipped within 2 working days.
Return Policy: Please contact us to set up the return.
If the item we sent to you is defective or is not what you ordered, we will send you a return label.
We will issue a full refund for the items to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase as soon as the item is delivered back to us.

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or just changed your mind about the purchase, and if the product is still unopened, we will refund the purchase price for the returned item only, not the shipping fee.
You will need to arrange to ship the item back to us within the 30 day return window.
A refund will be issued when the item has been delivered back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you, may vary.

We provide a track & trace to all of our vinyl purchases, and orders of 3 or more CDs.

Should you not have received your order but did not let us know in a 6 months time frame after which the track & trace is no longer active, we can not refund or resend you your order.
